Numbering System : 1 - 6 strikes
This exercise will be used to develop hand / eye /
feet coordination as well as devloping flow in the
striking pattern.
1. Opponents Left shoulder or collar bone
2. Opponents Right shoulder or collar bone
3. Opponents Left waste area
4. Opponents Right waste area
5. Opponents stomach area thrust
6. Opponents center head thrust
